At XIBAL, we understand that every order is the start of a new story. That’s why we put the same care into our shipping as we do into the design of our garments. We work hard to ensure your orders arrive safely, anywhere in the world.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SPAIN)
We ship to the entire Peninsula, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.
Mainland Spain (Peninsula): Estimated delivery in 48 – 72 business hours.
Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Estimated delivery in 3 – 5 business days.
Please Note: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+1) will be processed on the following business day. During launch periods or sales, delivery times may be slightly longer.
SHIPPING TO EUROPE (EU)
We bring the essence of XIBAL to the entire European continent.
Delivery Times: Generally between 5 and 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Tracking: All international shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your order from our warehouse to your doorstep.
REST OF THE WORLD (INTERNATIONAL)
No matter where you are, we want you to be part of the XIBAL community.
Delivery Times: Between 10 and 20 business days.
Customs and Taxes: Please be aware that orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and XIBAL has no control over them.

ORDER PROCESSING
Our team prepares orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on national holidays will be processed on the next business day.
YOUR SHIPPING STATUS
As soon as your order leaves our hands, you will receive a confirmation email with your Correos tracking link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, don’t forget to check your Spam folder.
