Returns & Refunds Policy

At XIBAL, we strive to offer garments of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you fix it. You have 30 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.

RETURN CONDITIONS

In order for us to process your return, the product must meet the following requirements:

  • Original Condition: Must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

  • Product Integrity: Free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, or external odors (perfume, tobacco, etc.).

  • Packaging: The original packaging must be well-protected to avoid damage during return transit.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • Request: Send an email to info@xibal.store stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Shipping: Once the request is approved, you must send the package to our return address (which we will provide via email).

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the product has a manufacturing defect or there was an error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service to avoid lost packages.

SIZE EXCHANGES

We want your XIBAL garment to fit you perfectly.

  • If you need a different size, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive your original item and verify its condition, we will send you the new size.

  • The first size exchange within Spain (Peninsula) has a reduced processing fee of 2,00€.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR ERRORS

If you have received an incorrect item or one with a factory defect, we are very sorry! Please contact us immediately, attaching photos of the issue. In these cases, XIBAL will cover all collection and re-shipping costs to rectify the error as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

XIBAL reserves the right to reject returns that have been communicated or sent outside the set deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.
