SHIPPING & LOGISTICS
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The estimated timeframes are:
Spain (Mainland): 48 – 72 business hours.
Spain (Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): 3 – 5 business days.
Europe (EU): 5 – 10 business days.
Rest of the World: 10 – 20 business days.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a Correos tracking number. You will be able to check the status of your XIBAL garment at any time through the official Correos website.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
For orders within the European Union, there are no additional charges. For shipments to the Rest of the World (outside the EU), the package may be subject to import taxes or local customs duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

What materials are XIBAL garments made of?
We don’t believe in fast fashion. Our obsession is durability:
T-Shirts: Heavyweight organic cotton for a robust feel and a perfect drape.
Hoodies: Crafted from 100% high-density cotton. No synthetic blends, ensuring they maintain their structure and warmth year after year.
5-Panel Caps: Made entirely of durable cotton, designed to adapt to any adventure with a classic, long-lasting cut.
Bandanas: 100% cotton—soft to the touch yet resilient, with prints designed to withstand the test of time and constant use.
Are the caps one-size-fits-all?
Our 5-panel caps feature an adjustable closure at the back, allowing for a custom fit for any head size.
How should I care for my accessories (Caps and Bandanas)?
Caps: We recommend hand-cleaning with a damp cloth to maintain the structure of the brim. Avoid the washing machine.
Bandanas: Machine wash cold with similar colors. Since they are 100% cotton, they will get softer with every wash without losing the intensity of the design.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I change my size if it doesn’t fit?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days to request an exchange or return. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and have its original tags attached. Please review our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
It’s rare, but if it happens, we will fix it immediately. Send us a photo of the defective item to our contact email, and we will cover all collection and replacement costs.
PAYMENTS & SECURITY
Is it safe to shop on your website?
We use 256-bit SSL encryption technology, the same security standard used by banks. Your payment data is encrypted and processed through Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your card number.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal.
